I offer professional chef consultancy services, teach culinary classes and conduct food safety trainings. I can create new recipes/menus that ensure optimum taste, excellent presentation, balanced nutrition, and meet desired sales profit margin for any food service entity.

I regularly conduct classes in professional cooking, international cuisines and safe food handling. I also offer one-on-one cooking lessons at home. I enjoy training individuals and motivating them to reach my performance standards while raising their own.


I am a Certified ServSafe® Food Protection Manager and a Certified ServSafe® Instructor & Registered ServSafe® Proctor. I teach safe food handling to food entrepreneurs, restaurateurs and other hospitality professionals as part of their food safety training requirements.
